Executive Summary

US Lubes is one of the largest independent suppliers of lubricants and value-added services in the Mid-Atlantic region.

US Lubes services over 4,000 accounts through terminal facilities located in New Brunswick, NJ, Upper Marlboro, MD,  and Wakefield, VA - with warehouses in Milford, CT, and Delmar, MD.

In July of 2000, US Lubes purchased Jersey Petroleum, which was founded in 1928 through November 2010.  In November 2010 US Lubes changed brands from CITGO to GULF.

William B. Packer, an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in the terminal and refining business, became the Chairman of the Board of US Lubes in July, 2000.

Under his leadership, US Lubes today distributes over 5 million gallons of lubricants, chemicals and industrial products, while strategically broadening the company by product category and distribution capabilities.
